Let's Get Physical....

So I have recently been discouraged as I have gained back all of the weight that I lost while on Jenny Craig. I realize that although Jenny Craig was successful, I was not successful in continuing with my weight loss without having the assistance of their food....

I also realize that physical fitness needs to be more important in my daily routine that it ever has been before!

In the past few weeks, I have been working out with a trainer at UH. It has been going well so far, but I also need to do more on my own! I am pledging here that I will run/workout for a minimum of 30 minutes everyday!

Day 1:
Success! I ran/walked around 2 miles, and even met a neighbor who wants to start running with me! When I got back to the house, I did some ab work!

I am scheduled to meet with my trainer tomorrow! I will let you know how I'm doing!!!!
